In a world that often celebrates resilience and toughness, the journey of a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), empath, intuitive, or other similar kind-hearted soul can be a unique tapestry woven with intricate threads of both beauty and challenge. HSPs, characterized by a heightened sensitivity to stimuli, experience the world deeply and profoundly (we make up about 15-20% of the population).
