Is this in person or virtual?

Virtual. With virtual sessions, you can schedule appointments that fit into their busy schedules without the need for travel time. Additionally, most clients feel more at ease opening up in their familiar surroundings rather than in an office. Virtual hypnosis provides a sense of privacy and comfort that can facilitate deeper introspection and relaxation during sessions.

Is Hypnosis Safe?

Hypnosis, when conducted by trained and ethical professionals, is generally considered safe and can be a valuable tool for addressing various issues. Contrary to popular misconceptions, hypnosis does not involve loss of control or manipulation.
