What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a state of relaxed, focused, receptive state of attentiveness that leads to suggestibility. Hypnosis focuses on the client’s innate abilities to uncover solutions and overcome challenges. Through hypnosis, your behavior can be modified to benefit you by replacing the ‘old’ negative beliefs or behaviors that you no longer need or want with the new ones you desire.
For example, everyone naturally enters hypnosis several times every day while watching TV, scrolling social media or during driving.
