3 Signs you are in Alignment with your Goals

It’s super easy to get off track and start doing other people’s ‘to do’ list instead of your passion and what really served you and the world. I know it led to full burnout for me. So, I had to stop. FULL STOP! And rethink things. My body forced me to do so.  During that time, I started reevaluating.  Now, this is the measure I used to help me stay on track.

Sign One: You are energized! You feel energized and not exhausted halfway through the day. Whatever you are doing you feel energized even if it’s hard work or physical work.  You feel a sense of accomplishment about where you are going and what you are doing. Maybe giving back to the world in some way or supporting others in your job. You may feel physically tired when you go to bed, but you feel good about your day. You are not exhausted by 3 pm wondering how you can make it through.

Sign Two: You go to bed feeling accomplished! You feel complete and successful instead of frustrated and empty. You have a today was a good day kind of feeling. Your soul feels good and you know you are where you are supposed to be. At the end of the day, you go to bed feeling grateful about the difference you are making in the world.

Sign Three: You see the world differently than others. You are grateful, more positive and see little signs that you are in the right place. You find the little blessings in your life that make you feel like you are on the right track. You may notice things others miss like a beautiful flower or the smile of a child this is because you are not in constant ‘what should I do’ mode. You may attract people who are in similar alignment and you all can support each other. You make connections or see things and are like wow, that is a sign from the Universe.

Remember you are a whole person. You are more than just the food you put in your body. You are your relationships, your social, physical and emotional wellbeing, etc.  Positivity attacks other positive things.  When you are in alignment you have a higher vibration, which attracts more of the things that are in align and will help you with your goal.  If you need personalized support from a professional please reach out.

Struggles, we all have them. How do you stay positive?

Radical honesty here, I have been juggling the divorce, a move, my business, wildlife rehab and a PhD program. It is hard to find balance, and when you are struggling a little emotionally, sometimes you need to pull into your ‘turtle’ shell and just be. I have been on an emotional roller coaster, and I needed self-care. So that is what I did. I decided to take some self-love time and focus on myself right now. I can’t support others if I can’t refill my cup. Sometimes you need to take some time off for self-love. That is what I did.

“The only time you fail is when you fall down and stay down.”
― Stephen Richards

Finding a balance can be difficult.  So, I want to share with you some simple tips to get you started. One thing that has helped me is my morning ritual (click here to join the discussion). Every morning I smudge, draw a Wild Animal Unknown card, sing my favorite prayer. Beyond that, I choose to write down three I am and statements and three grateful for statements.
I am…..
I am grateful for….

It may sound cliché, but starting your day off with something like that can help set the rest of the day for success. As a law of attraction practitioner, I need to stay in a good vibration, and that can be hard when you are busy.  Using a daily mantra can help! Next month’s blog, I will tell you more about the mantra I am using that has helped!

I am strong
I am worthy
I am kind.

My Mantra (Staying Positive Continued)

I believe having a daily mantra or phrase can help with negative comes in. Over the recent months, I have gone through a divorce (after 26 years) release my heart dog (the hardest thing we have to do as pet parents), moved to another state away from my grandbabies for financial reason, and came across a lot of barriers, negative thinking and had an emotional roller coaster.  So yes, a little rough time.

I recently adopted the Ho’oponopono. I spoke about this in this blog. This mantra is simple:

I’m sorry (seeking forgiveness to yourself and others as well as experiences)
Please forgive me (seeking forgiveness to others and even yes yourself)
Thank you (showing gratitude to yourself and all that is around you)
I love you (loving what you are already blessed with and taking 100% responsibility for yourself)

It’s that simple, yet it’s complicated too. I have placed this on a card to keep with me, and I give these out to people I meet during the day.

Practitioners, like myself, of this system, call it ‘cleaning’. Simply it is a way to release old data. This mantra can help open up new blessings.
